Marketing Video Production for Marketing Teams

More campaigns, more channels, more versions and the same deadline. A production partner that plans like a marketer and delivers like a studio.

For in-house marketing teams

Your calendar does not slow down. Your video partner should not either.

Campaigns, launches, customer stories and always-on content.

The pressure behind every brief

Marketing teams are asked for more video every year, for more channels, in more formats, with the same headcount. A single campaign now means a hero film, cut-downs for every platform, vertical versions, subtitles, a landing page loop and assets for sales, often due on the same date. Meanwhile, the brand has to look consistent, legal has to approve every claim and leadership wants to know what all of it delivered.

Most of the friction in marketing video production comes from what happens around the shoot rather than the shoot itself: briefs that change halfway, versions requested after the edit is locked, approvals that arrive late, files nobody can find six months later. A good partner removes that friction instead of adding to it.

That is the role we play for marketing teams: one partner for the whole content cycle, from idea to the last version, who understands campaign calendars, brand guidelines and the reality of an in-house team with twenty other things due this week.

We also know that a brief is rarely final when it reaches us. Priorities change, products slip and leadership asks for one more version. A production plan with clear review points absorbs those changes without putting the date at risk.

How working with us actually works

The practical questions marketing teams ask before they hire a production partner, answered.

01.

Who you talk to

One producer who owns your account, plus a creative lead for the ideas. You never have to coordinate crews, editors or animators yourself.

02.

How approvals run

Defined review points: script, rough cut, final cut. Feedback from brand, legal and leadership is consolidated at each stage, so nothing is reopened at the end.

03.

Contracts and procurement

Project-based contracts or a recurring retainer, with budgets per deliverable. We work through procurement and supplier onboarding processes.

04.

Typical timelines

A campaign film with its versions usually takes a few weeks from approved script to delivery; always-on content runs on a rhythm agreed with your team.

05.

Brand guidelines

We work from your brand book and build a video style guide, so every piece looks like the same brand, whoever briefs it.

06.

Files and versions

A versions matrix agreed before the shoot and one organized library, so your team finds any file without asking twice.

Versions without the chaos

A campaign that runs on six platforms in three languages can easily need dozens of files. When versions are improvised after the edit, each one becomes a small project with its own delays and errors. We plan them before the shoot: aspect ratios, durations, languages, subtitles, end cards and calls to action for every channel and market.

The shoot is then framed and covered for every format, graphics are built on replaceable layers and the master is approved before versions are produced in batches. For campaigns running in more than one country, the same logic scales to global video production, with native voices and local reviews in the plan.

The same discipline applies to files. Every delivery comes named, organized and documented by channel, market and version, so your team, your agencies and your regional colleagues can find the right file without a single email asking where it is. It also makes the next campaign faster, because footage, graphics and music from previous work are easy to reuse.

A video agency on retainer

Some marketing teams need a partner for one campaign. Others need one for the whole year. For Certta, we work under a fixed, recurring contract as the company’s video agency, creating ideas as well as producing them: a rebranding campaign film credited to our team, a commercial for free-to-air television and other videos produced under the same contract. Read the Certta case.

That relationship started at Tuvis, where we produced a brand film and four teasers for the first advertising campaign in the company’s history, followed by a promotional film and customer success videos. When the marketing leader moved to Certta, he brought us with him. Read the Tuvis case.

A retainer is not the right model for everyone. Teams with occasional campaigns are often better served project by project, with a clear scope and budget for each one. Teams with a steady flow of launches, customer stories and social content usually benefit from a recurring arrangement, because the knowledge of the brand stays with the same people. We help you choose, and the choice can change as your calendar does.

Four executives, four sectors, one shooting day: the film at the center of Certta’s rebrand, created and executed by our team in São Paulo as part of a recurring video partnership.

Questions from marketing teams

Short answers for in-house teams choosing a video production partner, from retainers and versions to brand guidelines, social content and timelines.

What is marketing video production?

The planning and production of videos that support marketing goals: brand and campaign films, product films, explainers, customer stories and social content. For in-house teams, it also means managing versions, approvals and files across channels, which is often where most of the work is.

Many companies do both. An in-house team handles fast, everyday content; a partner brings direction, crews, animation and post-production for the pieces that carry the brand, plus capacity when the calendar peaks.

A fixed, recurring contract covering a defined rhythm of work, with the same team learning your brand over time. For Certta, our retainer covers ideas as well as production, from a rebranding film to a commercial for free-to-air television.

As many as your channels and markets need, planned before the shoot. A typical campaign combines a master film, short cut-downs, vertical versions for social platforms and subtitled or dubbed versions for each language.

It depends on the scope, but planning is what makes speed possible. When the brief, the versions and the approval path are clear, a campaign film moves from approved script to delivery in weeks, not months.

Yes. We often work with creative and media agencies, producing the films they conceive or developing ideas with them. Agencies that need production under their own brand can see how we work on our page for agencies.

Yes. We start from your brand book, share style frames before production and work with your designers on typography, color and motion, so videos match the rest of your campaign assets.

Yes. Vertical versions, short cut-downs, captions and platform-specific edits are planned with the main film, so social content comes from the same shoot instead of being produced separately.

With a short call about the campaign, the channels and the date. We then send a production plan, a versions list and a budget per deliverable, and many teams start with one project before moving to a recurring arrangement.
