Product Launch Video Production
The launch film and every asset around it: for the stage, the press, paid media, the sales team and the people inside who have to sell it first.
Launches we have helped put on screen
The launch package
One launch. Three audiences.
A product launch video is rarely just one film. The market sees the reveal, the sales team needs something to send the next morning, and your own people need to understand the launch before customers start asking. We plan all three from the same production. If launch planning is the bigger challenge, see launch products and initiatives.
Outside
The launch film
The hero film for the reveal, the website, the press kit and the stage.
Inside
The internal launch film
So sales, support and every team can explain the launch before the first customer calls.
In the field
Sales and partner assets
Demo cuts, partner versions and short clips for every conversation after launch day.
A first film,
measured in reach and new visitors.
Brand awareness work shows up as reach and new people arriving. The campaign around Tuvis’s first marketing film reached 6 million impressions and 27,000 clicks, with a 300% increase in new user visits, as the client reported in a verified review on Clutch.
Everything a launch needs on screen
Product launch videos work as a system: each piece has a job and a moment. We produce them for companies in technology and software, automotive and mobility and pharma and healthcare, where a launch has to land with several audiences at once. The same thinking works beyond products: for Way-262, the launch of barrier-free tolling on a Brazilian highway needed five explainer videos in horizontal and vertical versions, with the first ones delivered before charging began.

How we produce a launch
Built backwards from launch day
Launch dates do not move, so the production plan starts from the date and works back. Five stages, each with an approval that protects the date.
One shoot.
Every launch asset.
Inside and outside
the company
-
Launch plan
Dates, audiences, channels and embargo rules, mapped into a list of every asset the launch needs.
-
Story and script
What is new, why it matters and the one line people will repeat, agreed before anything is designed.
-
Pre-production under embargo
NDAs, prototypes, closed sets and secure locations, planned with your product and legal teams.
-
Production
The hero film, product details and the cuts for every channel, captured in the same shoot days.
-
Delivery by launch phase
Teasers before the date, the hero film on the day, and sustain content for the weeks after.
“Launch day is fixed.
So is our schedule.”
Every stage closes with a defined approval, so the film is ready when the stage lights come on, not the week after.
Launch work, end to end
For Tuvis, we produced the company’s first marketing film, about two minutes long, plus four teasers of 30 and 60 seconds, covering planning, casting, production and post-production. That is the shape of most launch projects we take on: one production, a full package, one producer from brief to delivery. Our Tuvis work went on to win Gold in the promotional video production category at Prêmio ABC.
Launch date already set? Good. Let’s plan backwards.
Send us the date, the markets and what you are launching. We come back with an asset list, a production plan that fits the window and a budget per piece.
Launching in more than one market?
Questions about product launch videos
What product marketing and launch teams ask before they brief a launch film.
What is a product launch video?
A product launch video is the film that introduces a new product, service or initiative to the people who need to know about it: customers, press, partners and your own teams. It is usually the centerpiece of a package that includes teasers, demo cuts and internal versions.
What makes a good product launch video?
It answers one question in the first seconds: what is new, and why should I care? Then it shows the product working instead of listing features, and ends with one clear next step. The best launch films are planned together with the cuts that will run before and after launch day.
How do you use video across a product launch?
Teasers build curiosity before the date, the hero film carries the reveal on stage, on the site and in the press kit, and short cuts sustain the launch in paid media, sales conversations and partner channels for weeks after.
How early should we start?
As soon as the launch plan exists. Tell us the launch date and the markets, and we will tell you honestly what fits in that window and what has to be prioritized.
Can you keep an unreleased product confidential?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the briefing, work with prototypes under your rules, use closed sets and restrict access to footage until the embargo lifts.
Is a launch film the same as a commercial?
Not quite. A launch film introduces something new across every audience, inside and outside the company. An ongoing paid media campaign is a different format: see commercial video production.
