Video Production Case Studies
Ten stories from our work for brands, production companies, publishers and institutions: the context, the challenge, what we produced and the results, each one with its source.
Case studies
A good case does not just show the film. It shows the decision behind it.
Context, scope, process and results with their source.

What every case answers
Most video production case studies show a beautiful still, a client logo and a sentence about how happy everyone was. That tells a buyer very little. When you are about to trust a production partner with a launch, a rebrand or a training program, you want to know how the work was actually done: what the client needed, what went into the decision and what changed afterwards.
That is why each of our cases follows the same structure. It starts with the client’s context before we arrived and the challenge that made them look for an outside partner. It explains the idea that guided the work and the exact scope: videos, formats, durations, languages and versions. It shows which stages were ours, which belonged to the client and which to other partners, describes the client’s experience and closes with the results.
Results come with their source. When a number belongs to the whole campaign rather than to the film alone, the case says so, because video marketing case studies are only useful when they are honest about what video did and what the rest of the campaign did. Where we do not have a verified number, we do not invent one.

A new name, an anniversary and a plant few buyers ever visit: three brand films, three different reasons to make one.

Results with sources
Numbers our clients
reported.
300%+
increase in visits from new users to the Tuvis website, as reported by Tuvis after its first campaign.
400M
impressions for Certta’s integrated rebrand campaign, 60% above target, according to the campaign release.
Sources: the Tuvis case and the Certta case, which link to the original releases and reviews.
Both figures describe whole campaigns, not the effect of a film alone. We publish them that way on purpose: a case study is only useful to a buyer if it separates what the video did from what the media plan, the sales team and the product did. Each case explains where its numbers come from.
Learning and explaining
Teaching at scale
Hundreds of lessons, a language course and a new way to pay a toll: three projects where the goal was to make people understand.

900+ lessons
More than 900 animated lessons for Imaginarium, plus videos for Wonder and Set for Life, kept consistent through a shared visual system and staged reviews. Read the Pearson case.

Our team was chosen by a majority of the companies taking part in the selection to produce eight short animated episodes on everyday integrity dilemmas for the UN Global Compact Network Brazil’s Agroindustry Anti-Corruption Collective Action. The Brazilian network reports that the English version was presented in Paris, at a side event to the OECD Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum. Read the UN Global Compact case.
The trailer is public. The full episodes are available on request.
The best result is the next project
Some of the most useful evidence in these cases is not a number. It is what happened next. After working with us at Tuvis, Rodrigo Lattaro took on the marketing leadership of Caf, now Certta, and brought our team in as its video partner on retainer. After we produced Rossetti’s industrial brand film, Rossetti recommended us to Comlink, a company it works with, and Comlink commissioned a new film featuring a Rossetti engineer.
Our work for Pearson has also continued across its brands, from the animated lessons of Imaginarium to the filmed English courses of Wizard by Pearson. Repeat work and referrals do not prove that every project went perfectly, but they show something a single film cannot: that the client chose the same partner again.
Cases across languages and markets
Several of these stories crossed borders. The UN Global Compact series was delivered in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and its English version reached an international audience in Paris. Our animated lessons for Pearson serve Imaginarium, one of its global programs. The Wizard W-series was cast with native speakers, so learners hear English as it is really spoken. And for KPMG, we filmed in Belo Horizonte the Brazilian chapter of a global series for a UK production company, with the interview directed live from London. Read the KPMG case. For AkzoNobel, our team filmed two Brazilian customers for Colorvation, an international campaign built on customer stories from five countries. Read the AkzoNobel case.
When a project has to work in more than one market, we plan the versions, voices and reviews before production starts, and finish every version to one standard. See how we approach global video production.

Questions about our case studies
Short answers about how we write our cases and how to see the full films.
What is a video production case study?
The story of a real project told from the client’s side: the situation before the work, the challenge, the idea, what was produced, how the work was divided and what happened afterwards, with the source of every result.
Where do the numbers in your case studies come from?
From the client, from public releases about the campaign or from our own project records, and each case names its source. Campaign results are presented as campaign results, never as the effect of a film alone.
Why do the case studies show trailers instead of full films?
Trailers show the craft and the approach. Full films are shared on request through our team, which lets us send the right version and explain the context of the project, including what each client has authorized us to show.
Do you have case studies in my industry?
The cases on this page cover education and publishing, technology and software, automotive and mobility, paints and coatings, professional services, and an agribusiness collective action. Our work goes further: we have produced for more than 400 clients, and our industry pages show the sectors we know best.
Can our project become a case study?
Yes, with your approval. We agree on what can be published, review the text with your team and only use numbers you confirm or that are already public.
How are new case studies added?
We add cases as projects are completed and clients approve them. Each new case follows the same structure, so stories can be compared side by side.
