Our financial clients
Banks, insurers and fintechs already on our list
Numbers from our own client records, not from a survey. They show the size and the spread of the financial companies that chose us to put their institution on screen: banks, insurers, asset managers, payment companies, a development bank and a new generation of fintechs.

Films we produced for banks, insurers and financial companies, from brand and institutional films to client stories and training. Full films are available on request, and some only under NDA, because that is how this sector works. Ask us for the films closest to your brief and we will send the ones we are allowed to share.
What compliance asks before the camera rolls
In financial services, a film is not finished when marketing loves it. It is finished when compliance, legal and sometimes the regulator can live with every word on screen. These are the concerns financial marketing teams raise most often, and how we answer each one before it becomes a problem.
01.
Every claim needs a source
We build a claims sheet together with the script: each number, promise and comparison listed with its source and the person who approved it. Compliance reviews one clear document instead of chasing claims through a moving edit.
02.
Disclosures people can actually read
Risk warnings and legal text are planned in the script, timed on screen long enough to be read and adapted to each market’s rules, instead of squeezed into the last frame where nobody sees them.
03.
Real people, not stock bankers
Clients and employees on camera build a kind of trust that actors in suits cannot. We handle releases and privacy, and agree in advance what each person may say about accounts, products or results.
04.
Confidential information on set
Branches, trading floors and offices are full of screens and documents. We plan angles, dress clean sets and review footage under your rules, so nothing sensitive ever leaves the room.
05.
One message, many rulebooks
A product may be standard in one country and restricted in the next. We plan versions per market from the start, with local supers, voice-over and disclosures, rather than patching them in after approval.
06.
Approval chains that never end
Fixed review rounds with named approvers at each stage. Comments arrive consolidated through one contact, so the film moves forward instead of in circles.
07.
Jargon that loses the client
Financial teams speak in products, rates and acronyms. Clients speak in worries and plans. We test every script against the person who has to understand it, and rewrite until a non-specialist can repeat the main idea after one viewing.
One institution. Every market it serves.
Financial groups rarely speak to a single country. A new product in Brazil, an annual message for investors in Europe, an onboarding film for clients in the Middle East, a training program for every branch in the network. We produce one film and every version each market needs, with the same production standard everywhere and disclosures adapted locally by people who know the rules.

Formats we produce most
The films financial teams ask for
Financial services video production covers far more than the brand film. These are the formats our financial clients commission most often, each explained in depth on its own page, with the stages and deliverables specific to it. Most projects combine two or three of them from the same shoot, which is where the budget goes further.

Trust is the product. Show it.
Nobody can touch an insurance policy or an investment fund. What people judge is the institution behind it: its people, its competence, its tone of voice, the way it explains things when the news is not good. A financial video agency earns its fee when the film makes that institution visible and credible, without promising anything compliance would later have to retract. That balance is the craft.
How we start
Who has to believe this film?
In financial services, the audience decides the vocabulary, the claims and the disclosures. A film for retail clients and a film for institutional investors can share footage, but never a script. So before anyone writes a line, we answer six questions with your marketing and compliance teams.
01
Who has to watch it
Clients, prospects, investors, brokers or your own people.
02
What they believe today
Their trust, their doubts and what they have heard about you.
03
What they need to understand
One idea, explained without jargon or fine print.
clients
04
What you need them to do
Open an account, renew a policy, call an advisor.
05
What compliance must see
Every claim, number and comparison, with its source.
06
Who approves it
Marketing, legal, compliance and, where needed, the regulator.

How we produce for financial companies
A process compliance can sign
Five stages, each closing with a defined review, so marketing, legal and compliance see the work at the right moment, not after the film is finished.
Clear claims.
Clean sets.
Reviewed at
every stage
-
Brief and claims map
We agree the message, the audience and every claim the film will make, each with its source.
-
Script and disclosures
Script, on-screen text and disclosures written together and reviewed by your compliance team.
-
Pre-production
Locations, releases, clean sets and the people who will appear, all cleared before the shoot.
-
Production
A controlled shoot in branches, offices or client sites, with footage handled under your confidentiality rules.
-
Versions and sign-off
Final compliance review, then versions per market, channel and language, each with the right disclosure.
“Approved once.
Not explained twice.”
When compliance sees the claims and disclosures before the shoot, the final review confirms the film instead of rewriting it.
Questions from financial marketing teams
What marketing, communications and compliance leads at banks, insurers and fintechs ask before they commission a film.
What is financial services video production?
Financial services video production is the planning and production of films for banks, insurers, asset managers, payment companies and fintechs. It covers brand and corporate films, client testimonials, product explainers, investor communication and internal training, always written with compliance in mind, because in this sector every claim on screen is a claim the institution has to stand behind. The best ones sound human: they explain money the way a trusted advisor would, not the way a prospectus does.
How do you handle compliance and regulatory review?
We bring compliance in at the start, not at the end. The script comes with a claims sheet listing every number, promise and comparison with its source. Disclosures are written into the script and timed on screen. Review rounds are fixed in the schedule with named approvers, so the final review confirms the film instead of rewriting it.
Can you film inside branches, trading floors and offices?
Yes. We plan angles and clean sets so screens, documents and client data never appear on camera, film outside business hours when needed, and review footage under your confidentiality rules before anything leaves the building.
Can our clients appear in the film?
Yes, and they are often the most persuasive voice you have. We prepare them, handle releases and agree with your compliance team what they may say about products and results. A client can describe their experience; the film does not promise returns. See client testimonial videos.
Do you work with fintechs and smaller financial companies?
Yes. Our financial clients range from global insurers and large banks to young fintechs: of the 20 on our list, 7 are large enterprises, 7 are mid-size and 6 are small companies. The process scales; the standard does not change. A fintech usually needs speed and a sharp product story; a global insurer needs approvals across several countries. We plan for both.
Do you produce videos for insurance companies?
Yes. Insurance films have their own challenge: the product is a promise about something that has not happened yet. We focus on the people who keep that promise, claims handlers, brokers and advisors, and on real clients who have needed it, always within what your compliance team allows the film to say.
How do you explain complex financial products without oversimplifying?
We start from the decision the viewer has to make, then explain only what that decision needs, in the order a person thinks about it. Animation and on-screen graphics carry the numbers, people carry the meaning, and your experts check that nothing important was lost on the way. See how we explain complex solutions.
Can you produce versions for several countries?
Yes. We plan one production with versions per market, adapting language, supers, talent where needed and the disclosures each regulator expects. See multi-market video production.
How long does a financial services film take to produce?
Most of the calendar is review, not production. The number of approvers, the markets and the versions define the schedule more than the shoot itself. We send a full plan with the proposal, with every review date marked, so legal and compliance can book their time in advance. If a launch date is fixed, tell us at the first conversation and we will work back from it.
What does a financial video agency do that a general production company does not?
It plans for the review before it plans the shot. That means claims sheets, disclosure timing, clean sets, release management and versions per market built into the process, instead of discovered in the last week before launch.
