White Label Video Production for Agencies
Production under your brand, for your clients. Your creative lead decides, your client relationship stays yours, and the work is confidential from the first brief.
Trusted directly by Novartis, IBM and Volkswagen, and behind the scenes by agencies in Brazil and the US.

For agencies
Your name on the pitch. Your creative lead on set. Your client relationship untouched.
NDA signed before the first brief.
Your brand in front. Our crew behind it.
White label video production means a production company makes the film and the agency presents it as its own work. The agency keeps the client, the creative idea and the credit. The production partner brings the producers, directors, crews, equipment and post-production, and stays out of sight unless the agency decides otherwise.
Agencies use it for different reasons. Some have no in-house production and need a team that works at their standard. Some have a production department but not in every country where their clients operate. Others win a project bigger than their usual size and need a partner who can absorb it without changing how the client sees them.
In every case the job is the same: deliver the film the agency sold, on the agency’s schedule, inside the agency’s budget, without creating a second relationship with the client. That is how we work with agencies, and it is why most of that work never appears on our own site.

How the engagement works
Agencies need a partner that makes them look good to their client and never creates a problem with that relationship. These are the rules we follow.
01.
Confidentiality first
We sign your NDA before the first brief. We do not publish agency work, mention the end client or use the film in our portfolio without written permission from you.
02.
Your creative lead decides
The idea and the final call belong to your team. We bring production options, budgets and technical advice, and your creative director approves every stage before it moves forward.
03.
Invisible to your client
We communicate through you. When you want us in a client meeting or on set with the client, we join as part of your team and follow your brief on what to say and what not to say.
04.
A budget you can work with
You receive a production budget broken down by line, so you can see where the money goes, add your fee and defend the number with your client.
05.
Approvals through you
Every cut, version and change request goes to your team first. Nothing reaches the client before you have seen it and decided it is ready.
Work we can show
Most agency work stays confidential. These are films produced with agencies that allowed us to show them.
How we produce for agencies

Five stages that fit inside your process, with your creative lead approving each one and your client seeing only what you choose to show.
Your brand.
Our crew.
Production partner
for agencies
-
NDA and brief
We sign your NDA, read the brief and the script, and ask what the client must never hear from us.
-
Budget and plan
A line-by-line budget, a schedule and production options for your creative lead to choose from.
-
Pre-production
Casting, locations, crews and releases, presented for your approval before the client sees them.
-
Shoot
Our director or yours leads the set, with your team in charge of the client relationship.
-
Post and versions
Edit, review rounds through your team, and every version and language the campaign needs.
“Your client sees your agency.
We make sure it looks good.”
Each stage closes with a defined review, so legal, communications and leadership see the work at the right moment, not after the film is finished.
Your client is global.
Your production can be too.
Agencies often win a campaign for a client that operates in several countries, then discover that production has to happen in places where they have no team. Building a crew from a distance, in a language you do not speak, with a client watching, is where projects start to slip.
We coordinate shoots in several countries under one brief, with local crews working to the same standard and one producer reporting to your team. Everything still goes out under your brand. See how this works in multi-market video production.

What agencies bring us
Most agency projects we produce are commercial video production for campaigns: brand films, product spots and the cutdowns each channel needs. When the client is launching something, the work usually follows the plan of a product or initiative launch, with internal and external films released together.
B2B clients bring a different brief. Agencies serving technology, finance and healthcare clients often need films that explain complex solutions to buying committees, or films that earn customer trust through real customers speaking on camera. We plan each of these with your strategy team, so the film supports the campaign your agency designed.
Whatever the format, the rule is the same: the idea is yours, and our job is to produce it at the level you promised your client.
Pitching a campaign that needs production?
Thirteen agencies, one standard
We have worked as production partner for 13 agencies, including three in the United States, and for direct clients such as Novartis, IBM and Volkswagen, among more than 400 clients served. Agency names appear only with written permission. In a public Google review, Neto of Agência Choveu in Brazil described the partnership this way: “They are great partners, reliable, they deliver quality work and the value for money is very positive.” (translated from Portuguese)
Questions from agencies
What account, creative and production leads ask before they bring us a project.
What is white label video production?
White label video production is when a production company makes a film that an agency presents to its client as its own work. The agency keeps the client relationship, the creative idea and the credit, while the production partner provides the crew, equipment, directors and post-production behind the scenes.
Will our client know you produced the film?
Only if you want them to. We communicate through your team, follow your instructions on how to introduce us on set, and never contact your client directly. Our crews can present themselves as part of your production team.
Do you sign NDAs and keep agency work confidential?
Yes. We sign your NDA before the first brief, and we never publish agency work, name the end client or use the film in our portfolio without written permission from you.
Can you provide a director, or work with ours?
Both. We can bring a director whose work fits the script, or support the director your agency already works with, providing the producers, crew and equipment around them.
How do you price work for agencies?
We send a production budget broken down by line: pre-production, crew, equipment, locations, talent and post-production. You can see where the money goes, add your fee and present the total to your client in your own format.
Do you work with agencies outside Brazil?
Yes. Three of the agencies we work with are based in the United States, and we produce in several countries for agencies whose clients operate globally, with one producer reporting to your team.
