- Briefs and contact requests: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, the type of organization you work for, how you heard about us, the city and country of your team, the service you need, a director you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Film requests: the details we need to send you a private link to a full film and to follow up on your request.
- Job and freelance applications: your CV, portfolio, contact details and the information you choose to share with us.
- Newsletter: your email address and the topics you choose.
- Conversations: the content of the messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or chat.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, operating system and language settings.
- How you use the website: pages visited, the page that brought you here and campaign parameters in the link you used (such as UTM tags), which help us understand which pages and channels lead to useful conversations.

Children
This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
People who appear in our films
Our films often include employees, customers, students, actors and other people. Their images, voices and related information are handled under release forms, the agreement with our client and the client’s own policies. In many projects we act on behalf of our client, who decides how the film is used. For minors, we follow the client’s policies and obtain consent from parents or guardians. If you appear in a film and have a question, contact us and we will help or put you in touch with the right client contact.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page, and we will give additional notice of significant changes where the law requires it.
