Video Production Company Serving Miami

Corporate films and client testimonials filmed at your location in Miami or anywhere in Florida, with creative direction, production management and editing by our team. For marketing, communications and HR teams that need one accountable partner.

Serving Miami and all of Florida

A local crew films at your location. Our team plans, directs and edits every frame.

English, Spanish and Portuguese, from the first call to the final cut.

How Miami production works

One team is accountable for the whole project. This is who does what, from the first call to the final file.

01.

Creative direction

Our creative team in São Paulo develops the idea, writes the script or the interview guide and defines the look of the film, with your approval at each step.

02.

Pre-production and management

Production management also runs from São Paulo: schedule, crew, locations and interview preparation, with a single point of contact for your team.

03.

Filming in Florida

A local crew from our trusted production partners films at your location. Nobody flies in from Brazil, so the shoot is planned around local crews and your calendar.

04.

Our team on set

A member of our Miami team is on location during the shoot, so the plan approved in pre-production is the plan that gets filmed.

05.

Editing and post-production

Editing, color, sound, motion graphics, captions and versions are done by our post-production team in São Paulo, which works a few hours ahead of Miami.

06.

Contract and billing

You contract Olive Tree Films, LLC, and we quote and bill in US dollars. We hire, brief and coordinate the local crew, so you deal with one company.

Filming at your location

Every Miami shoot happens where your story is: your offices, a plant, a store, a clinic, a customer’s site. That makes preparation on your side as important as the crew on ours. Before the shoot, we agree on the rooms and areas we will film, the people who will be on camera and the time each of them needs. Interviews take longer than the conversation itself once lighting, sound checks and a few warm-up questions are included, so the schedule is built around the people you are filming, not the other way round.

Many office buildings have their own rules for vendors: access hours, security sign-in, loading areas, parking for equipment and the documents the property manager asks for before a crew can enter. Ask for those rules as early as possible and share them with us, so they become part of the plan rather than a surprise on the day. We carry general liability insurance in the United States and provide the certificate of insurance that buildings and film offices usually request.

Public spaces work differently. Commercial filming on streets, in parks or on beaches in the Miami area needs a film permit from the city or county where you shoot, and permits come with insurance requirements and their own lead time. Miami-Dade County and several of its cities handle permits through FilMiami, and Miami Beach publishes its own film and print guidelines. If you want a public location, tell us in the first call so the proposal reflects the permit, the schedule and the cost.

Weather is the other local factor. Florida summers bring frequent afternoon storms, and hurricane season runs from June through November. For outdoor scenes, plan an indoor alternative and allow a buffer in the schedule: a storm should change the order of the day, not the delivery date.

We serve Miami and the rest of Florida. Travel costs apply only when a location is more than 50 miles beyond the Miami area. If your locations are in more than one city, list them in your request: the number of locations and the distance between them shape the crew plan, the schedule and the proposal.

Certta:
Rebranding film

A rebranding film created and produced by our team as Certta’s video partner on retainer: four executives, four sectors and one shooting day, with a corporate space turned into four themed sets and a closing scene at a nearby restaurant. Filmed in São Paulo, Brazil. It shows the planning a single-day corporate shoot needs, the same planning we bring to a location in Miami. Read the Certta case.

The trailer is public. The full film is available on request.

Interviews that sound natural

People on camera can answer in the language they speak best. In Miami, many interviewees are more at ease in Spanish, or move between Spanish and English, and the team on set can follow and guide the conversation either way.

One Miami shoot, versions for other markets

If your team in Miami answers for Latin America or other regions, one shoot can serve all of them: interviews in English or Spanish, captions or voice-over for each market, and versions planned before the camera rolls, so nobody has to reshoot to adapt the film later.

Planning the versions early is what keeps the budget under control. It defines how scenes are framed for horizontal and vertical formats, which on-screen text changes by language and how many cuts each market needs. See how we approach global video production.

What you receive

01.

Long and short versions

02.

Horizontal and vertical

Both formats are delivered, so the film works on your website and in presentations as well as on social platforms and phones.

03.

Captions

Captions are included, for viewers who watch without sound and for accessibility.

04.

Two revision rounds

Two rounds of changes after the first cut, with consolidated feedback from your team at each round.

05.

Usage rights

Lifetime usage when the film has no actors. When actors are cast, usage is for one year.

06.

Music

Licensed royalty-free music is included. Original music composed for your film is quoted separately.

Corporate video packages from $5,000

Packages are priced in US dollars and start at $5,000 for a corporate video. Your proposal shows the scope, the schedule and the price before anything is booked.

What shapes the price and the timeline

Most proposals come down to the same variables: the number of shooting days, the number and location of filming sites in Florida (travel costs apply beyond 50 miles of the Miami area), the size of the crew, whether the film uses actors, how many people are interviewed, the languages and versions you need, the amount of animation or motion graphics, and the music. The proposal is built from these variables, so sharing them early gets you a more precise answer.

For timing, plan on 20 to 30 calendar days from briefing to the first cut when the project includes filming in Florida or casting actors. Projects built from your existing footage, stock footage or animation take 15 to 20 calendar days to the first cut. To confirm a shoot, we need at least 15 calendar days before the shoot date. After the first cut, the two revision rounds take as long as your review takes: the faster your team consolidates feedback, the sooner you receive the final files.

Three things usually change the schedule: the availability of the people you want on camera, access to the locations, and the number of people who need to approve the film. If you have a fixed launch or event date, tell us in your request so the plan starts from it.

Before the first call, it helps to have five things at hand: the goal of the film and who will watch it; the people who could appear on camera and when they are available; the locations, with any building rules you already know; the names of the people who will approve the film; and any brand guidelines, existing footage or deadlines we should respect. None of them is required to send a request, but each one makes the proposal more precise.

Practical questions about filming in Miami

Answers to the questions that usually come up before a Miami shoot is booked.

Do you have an office in Miami?

Yes. Our Miami office is at 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, home of Olive Tree Films, LLC, the company you contract in the United States. Creative direction, production management and post-production run from our São Paulo office, and filming in Florida is done by trusted local partners, with a member of our Miami team on set.

Yes. People on camera can speak Spanish, English or Portuguese, and captions are included in every package. If you need the film in more languages, voice-over is available in more than 50 languages.

Yes. We can edit a new film from your existing footage, combined with stock footage, animation or new interviews filmed in Florida. Projects built only from existing material take 15 to 20 calendar days to the first cut.

Yes, when the script calls for them. Casting adds time to the schedule, and films with actors include one year of usage rights instead of lifetime usage.

You approve the plan before the shoot, then review the first cut and each of the two revision rounds. Naming one person on your side to consolidate feedback keeps the schedule on track.

At least 15 calendar days before the shoot date. That time covers pre-production, the interview plan and confirming the local crew, and earlier requests give you more date options.
